Softball-Session 2: Hitting

**Hitting and Defense registration will be completely separate HOWEVER athletes may sign up for both if they wish**

Session 2- Hitting (7pm-8pm)    

Max of 20 athletes

Small groups of hitters will be introduced to several drills that will include reinforcing the foundation of the swing; developing hand speed and power; situational hitting execution. Each hour-long session will be fun and very high energy. Each date listed below will be designed differently and attendees will be introduced to different drills/ tips. Sessions are designed to develop a healthy learning environment and allow the opportunity to interact with each coach. All attendees MUST be ages 12 and younger (6th grade and below). Each attendee will have the opportunity to get instruction from former Division 1 student-athletes as well as a local division 1 coach.  Please contact Becky Wedel with any questions or concerns at (708) 305-4830.

Equipment needed: Gym Shoes, bat, helmet, batting gloves (if applicable) and water.
